Ms. Miller is a California native who was raised on the north coast of San Luis Obispo County. As a young adult, she relocated to southern California where she attended Cal State University at Long Beach and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in U.S. and Modern European History. After college, Hannah moved back to the Central Coast and worked for a San Luis Obispo law firm as a paralegal and was trained to specialize in municipal, land use and environmental matters. Hannah enjoyed the opportunity of advocating for clients before local and state government agencies, as well as providing Brown Act and Public Records Act compliance training to government employees.
When Hannah's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and surfing and hiking all over the Central Coast.

Cayucos Sanitary District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Cayucos Sanitary District
