Please provide your billing and contact information below to initiate the creation of your account. Staff will process your submission and promptly respond (during normal business hours) with a New Owner Information Packet (which will include your account number and an Auto-Pay Application) by email, if one is provided. If no email is provided, a hardcopy will be mailed to the physical address you provide.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Sewer fees attach to property, not to individual people. If the previous owner of the property has an outstanding balance, it will automatically transfer to your new account upon the close of escrow. It is strongly recommended that you contact us to inquire about any outstanding balances associated with the property prior to the close of escrow.
