Authorize a Tenant to Receive the Bill 

PLEASE NOTE: This service is for property owners and managers only. Tenants may not place the sewer bill into their name without written consent from the property owner or manager.

In the event your tenant does not make timely payments, their balance (including any late fees that have been assessed) will be tied to the property and will automatically be transferred to the property owner's account when they move out. 

If you still desire to place the sewer bill into the name of your tenant, please complete the information below and click "Submit." A staff member will promptly respond via email (during normal business hours) with a Tenant Authorization Form for your signature. In no case may the sewer bill be placed into the name of a new tenant without receipt of a Tenant Authorization Form that is signed by the property owner or manager.
