In the event your tenant does not make timely payments, their balance (including any late fees that have been assessed) will be tied to the property and will automatically transfer to your customer account when the tenant moves out.
At a property owner or manager's request, Cayucos Sanitary District may temporarily place a property's monthly sewer bill into the name of a tenant or other designated party.
To authorize this change, the property owner or manager must complete the form below and click "Submit." A staff member will promptly process your request (during normal business hours), contact you to discuss the outstanding balance on the account, if applicable, and provide confirmation that the bill has been successfully placed into the name of your tenant.
