I understand that by executing this Bank Drafting (“Auto-Pay”) Authorization Agreement, I am authorizing Cayucos Sanitary District (“CSD”) to initiate automatic payments from my bank account for charges levied by CSD pursuant to its rate structure and internal polices.

I understand that payments shall be deducted from my bank account on the 15th of every month, unless the 15th falls on a Sunday or holiday, and in such case the deduction shall take place the next business day.

I understand that if at any time I decide to discontinue this bank drafting (Auto-Pay) service, I must notify CSD by the 10th of the month in order to prevent a payment transaction from occurring that same month.

I understand and acknowledge that if an automatic payment fails for any reason (insufficient funds in the account, closure of the account, freezing of the account, etc.), a $25.00 fee will be charged to my CSD customer account. I further understand that subsequent failed payment transactions will be subject to a $35.00 fee.

I understand that CSD’s bank drafting (Auto-Pay) service is offered to its customers as a convenience, and that CSD reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate this service for any reason.
