Mr. Chivens is a General Contractor who moved to this area in 1989 and has vast experience in the construction industry. His areas of expertise include subdivisions, offsite and underground utility work, and planning/scheduling new construction and remodeling. A Board member since 2011, Vice President Chivens' current mission is sustainability for the Cayucos community and building the best type and quality WWRF for the lowest cost to Cayucos ratepayers.
